By accessing and using TranscriptPro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TranscriptPro provides a web-based tool for extracting text and captions from publicly available YouTube videos. We do not host, store, or claim ownership of any video content or transcript data. We act merely as an extraction utility passing data from the source to the user.

3. Fair Use and Copyright

The transcripts extracted using this tool are derived from the respective YouTube videos and are the intellectual property of the original content creators. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the extracted text complies with fair use guidelines and copyright laws. TranscriptPro assumes no liability for copyright infringement by its users.

4. Limitations and Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the tool. Extraction may fail for various reasons, including but not limited to videos being private, age-restricted, lacking closed captions, or IP restrictions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TranscriptPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the extracted transcripts.
